Immigration question regarding my parent's visa petition. I filed a petition for my parents in 2XX8 and everything went off smoothly and my parents got an interview at USCIS Mumbai. When they went for the interview, their file got rejected because they said income doesn't meet the qualifications. I completed the i8X4 form for myself and entered my husband's information under household. My husband completed i8X4A. Unfortunately, I didn't enter my children's income in that form and I thought the income level was above the criteria ($4XXXX for family of 4) but when my parents went for their embassy interview, they said we are family of X already because they thought my mother in law (who doesn't live with us) accounts as one of the members of household. Now USCIS has asked me to complete a new i8X4 for a new sponsor. Can my husband complete an i8X4 and then add me, and our children in there and all of us complete an i8X4A? I don't have or know a lot of people in USA so asking someone else to complete an i8X4 is hard for me. Please help. Thank you.
