Ram is a loan officer who is really professional, responsive, and informative. I had found a house I wanted to purchase before getting a pre-approval and Ram got me the pre-approval quickly within 24 hours. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and doubts throughout the process. Ram helped answer my questions and was forthcoming with information that would guide me and clear up misunderstandings I had about the process.
