Me and my mom were in dire need to sell a house in Maryland city. We had moved to Charlotte. Having multiple horrible agents made things worse and house was taken on and off market multiple times. I met Kamal when I was going with one of my colleague to see a potential house for him to buy. When I met him for the first time I was impressed based on his experience and full time availability and since I was also searching for home for myself I made my mind to work with him. I was in a dilemma since I was little not sure what exactly I wanted yet another town home or a single family. When Kamal showed me several homes I could make up my mind that a big town home would be better option for me based on price, locations and features. He guided me in each and every steps and helped me in choosing the lender where I could get best loan options. Other lenders were not approving me for the amount I was looking for. When I liked one of the property he showed I was so excited that I was ready to put a lot more than the asking price but he assured me that little above the asking price would be sufficient for that time.
