Rated 5.0 I've been at Regency for a number of years. I find the staff to be caring, competent and professional. The facility is well run, and the administration always takes an interest in the concerns of the residents. They provide activities, trips and parties. There is a library in the basement. The menu isn't as varied as we would like, but the staff makes changes all the time and they do try to bring more of a variety. If you visit or come to see if Regency is the place for your loved one, you'll find it to be clean and well staffed by friendly, outgoing people. Overall it has been a positive experience.
