About Ria's Indian Eats

Ria's specializes in catering and mobile cuisine showcasing biryani and other North Indian eats. We're open for business as of early 2017!Ria’s Indian Eats began with a desire to introduce Denver to a new kind of Indian culinary experience — one that highlights traditional Indian flavors in a way that’s approachable to a wide range of tastes. I think Indian food is for everybody — from people who grew up on it, to people who’ve never gotten around to trying it, and everyone in between. I use only the freshest ingredients to create clean, casual Indian fare that elevates one of the oldest, most exciting cuisines in the world. Give it a try, and I promise that you’ll love it as much as my daughter Ria does!Ria’s specializes in modern, casual Indian cuisine. Our specialty is biryani: a flavorful meat and rice dish that highlights traditional Indian spices and flavors. (Don’t worry vegetarians and vegans, we’ve got you covered.) Rated 5.0 Sameer was absolutely fantastic to work with! We had a buffet style wedding dinner catered by Ria's and the guests could not stop complimenting it!

Rated 5.0 I've had the pleasure of trying Ria's samosas and several of Ria's' biryanis, and it's so obvious Sameer knows what he's doing in the kitchen. His attention to details such as quality of ingredients, spice profiles, texture, cooking techniques, etc, makes for really delicious food! And though it's "just sauce", one of my favorite Ria's treats is the mint chutney. It's the perfect blend of spice/salt/mint/heat, and it compliments the samosas perfectly! Sameer pays respectful homage to the traditions of Indian cuisine, and his celebration of the flavors and culture shine through in every dish. I can't wait until my next opportunity to enjoy Ria's Indian Eats!
