Rated 5.0 First visit, but certainly not last! The store is HUGE, well laid out, and Matt Jackson, our sales associate was phenomenal! He greeted us, asked a few questions, and then let us explore the store. He checked back often to see if we needed help, but was never pushy. My mom left with a rug and a runner, which are PERFECT in her new town home, and she is already talking about the next trip back for more rugs and furniture.

Rated 5.0 I had a very positive experience at Rug & Home. We were met by a person walking in asking to help us right away. She directed us to a Matt Jackson who helped us with our specific need. We were impressed by both Matt and his knowledge of the products and the quality of the inventory. Matt's a very personable salesman who didn't apply any pressure to buy, just wanted to help us find what we wanted.

Both were super friendly and went out of their way to help with my decision. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. After searching for months at many different places, I bought the "perfect" rug at Rug & Home in Kannapolis!!!!!

Rated 5.0 We were looking for a 5x7 rug for the foyer. We had to match several other colors already in the adjacent areas. We took home and returned a total of 5 rugs in an effort to find the right size, color scheme and cost. Kim, our Design consultant, was very patient and helpful to us. All the folks there were attentive and helpful. I could see how well everyone worked together to make the whole process smooth. Thank you to all the staff
