Ranjana is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist from California College of Ayurveda. She is a holistic wellness practitioner and lifestyle coach. She offers personalized daily routine and nutritional guidelines as well as herbal remedies to assist her clients in achieving and maintaining healthy, disease-free & balanced lives. She is a registered Yoga teacher with yoga alliance & trained in Yoga Nidra and has a Master’s degree in Indian history from Delhi University, India. She is a certified HR professional (PHR) and has worked as a HR professional for Fortune 100 companies prior to her career in Ayurveda and Yoga. She founded Samsara Ayurveda in Great Falls in 2014. Ranjana has been trained in various styles of yoga and meditation with her teaching style influenced by global experience. Ranjana brings joy, love and passion for yoga to her classes! We conduct Yoga Classes (Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga) at School of Theatrical Dance, 760-C Walker Road, Great Falls, VA. At Samsara Ayurveda in Great Falls, when getting an initial consultation, plan to spend about an hour and a half – two hours. This would be an extensive one-on-one Ayurvedic consultation to determine your unique body constitution and identify doshic imbalances, its root cause and challenges.
