About Sarasvati Language School

Have you wanted to really learn Hindi, to surprise your family and friends on your next trip to India - not just say 'namaste' but read and write the beautiful Devanagari script and even understand Bollywood movies? Classes and course materials for Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Hindi are designed for adult students. Highly motivated teen-agers have been successful in this course and may apply for consideration. The academic year is divided into three terms of 11 weeks each. Classes meet one time per week for two hours per meeting. Class meetings are held from 5 to 7 pm and from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Most years we meet on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Students are given an opportunity to find the section that is most suitable to their scheduling needs. Beginning Hindi classes start only one time per year, in early September. The next Beginning Class will start September 20, 2016.
