About Satya Murthy Yoga Instructor
I learned yoga at an early age from my parents in Mysore, India. Now living in the United States, I reconnected with yoga 16 years ago when I got tired of the Gym routine and discovered Ashtanga Yoga. About six years ago, as a complement to the very physical Ashtanga Yoga, I started Heartfulness meditation practice. The meditation practice has helped me to simplify my life, overcome fears, develop acceptance and a sense of gratitude. Recently, I started the Clinton Heartfulness meditation meetup to share this simple but effective spiritual practice in the local area. I work as a Pharmaceutical R&D professional and live in Clinton
