Rated 1.0 I got a gift card for a friend to have her house cleaned and she had a terrible experience! First they refused to clean the house because of “the conditions”. Those conditions were ONE diaper she forgot to throw away, ONE dead bug in the kitchen SEE PHOTO (which her indoor/outdoor cat probably brought in), and a box of panty liners that the baby had tipped over on the bathroom floor SEE PHOTO (which they described as there being “sanitary napkins covering the bathroom floor”. She was forced to reschedule and was made to feel like her home was somehow disgusting which it is not. When they did clean a couple of days later, she was again disrespected. She was told that they “very intensely scrubbed” and that the cleaning "was very much needed". This is beyond insulting! Obviously she needed cleaning that's why she hired a cleaning company! The kitchen floor still had debris on it. SEE PHOTO My friend took baby wipes to the kitchen and bathroom floors and they were filthy even after they claimed that they were "very intensely scrubbed". SEE PHOTO The window sills were not wiped or dusted. To be fair, the blinds were clean (except one that was missed) and the vacuuming was done, baseboards were wiped, and the pet hair was taken care of. The treatment of my friend and the quality of work was unacceptable. I already submitted a complaint on the website and directly to the individual (Kevin) who was in contact with my friend and me. I have gotten no response.

Rated 5.0 SharKlean did a great job cleaning my house, were very professional and courteous. All in all, a great experience, will definitely be using them again and again in the future!!
