Rated 4.0 If you are ok with spicy food.
Rated 5.0 I got addicted to Indian streetfood, specifically the vegetarian options while living in a Dubai neighborhood with a high population of Indian expats. It's been years since I've been able to try any so I was wary this place would be "Americanized" and lack the authentic experience. Nope! They had all my favorites w/o compromising flavor or adding unnecessary frills. Do a little research and check out the website if u have never had the type of food but everyone there was helpful and friendly. They will explain everything to you and all their food is made from scratch, even the desserts! There is this strangely erotic saffron pudding(if you are as attracted to spices and desserts as me) that danced seductively on my tongue after my meal. I will be back! I wish I had taken a picture of the food but i couldn't wait to eat it. Try: Kachori, Chole Bhature*, aloo tikki.
Rated 5.0 Management has changed and so has the food quality. Their specials are amazing - try "Daal bati churma". Food quality is excellent. They cook it in an authentic and traditional fashion, yet the home made flavors arent amiss. Overall a nice place to go for vegetarians and perhaps vegan.
