Hi.. My name is Mrs Shoba Havalad, I live in Glenview. I have moved to this country 25 yrs ago from India. I am a self-taught Indian cook. I have been teaching in my home for almost 3 years now. I have mostly learned my cooking watching my mom and sisters cook. I have also learnt to recreate and improvise from old recipes and to fit the needs of people here.
