Rated 1.0 Lied to from the second I walked into the door. Purchased a 2015 Merc. Benz C300 that was advertised as perfect condition, certified pre-owned with only 21,000. Bought unseen based upon add and representations by 3 managers. Picked up the car a couple days later. 43,000 miles and in bad shape. They paid for the car to be inspected by Merc of Shrewsbury for problems. Discovered to have over $11,000 in problems and never certified preowned. They agreed to take the car back and swap out for a 2016 Merc C300 4Matic sport with 25,000. Car never existed!!! promised to be delivered to me within 1 week and never arrived. Promised another replacement and shown two cars with body damage. DO NOT GO INTO THIS PLACE
Rated 1.0 This place is horrible. They sell cars that have recalls and don't tell you that until you buy. The service station on grafton st is rude and they do nothing awful experience I wouldn't send my worst enemy here I spent months trying my car serviced that right months I hope this gets closed

Rated 5.0 This is by far the best dealership I've been too! they were all friendly and very patient with me, the salesman showed me around 6 cars and didn't try to "force" me into one like I thought he would. bought a 2012 acura TL that needed 2 new tires and they ended up giving me 4. very pleased with their service ! highly recommend!
