Rated 1.0 Lied to from the second I walked into the door. Purchased a 2015 Merc. Benz C300 that was advertised as perfect condition, certified pre-owned with only 21,000. Bought unseen based upon add and representations by 3 managers. Picked up the car a couple days later. 43,000 miles and in bad shape. They paid for the car to be inspected by Merc of Shrewsbury for problems. Discovered to have over $11,000 in problems and never certified preowned. They agreed to take the car back and swap out for a 2016 Merc C300 4Matic sport with 25,000. Car never existed!!! promised to be delivered to me within 1 week and never arrived. Promised another replacement and shown two cars with body damage. DO NOT GO INTO THIS PLACE

Rated 1.0 This place is horrible. They sell cars that have recalls and don't tell you that until you buy. The service station on grafton st is rude and they do nothing awful experience I wouldn't send my worst enemy here I spent months trying my car serviced that right months I hope this gets closed

Rated 5.0 This is by far the best dealership I've been too! they were all friendly and very patient with me, the salesman showed me around 6 cars and didn't try to "force" me into one like I thought he would. bought a 2012 acura TL that needed 2 new tires and they ended up giving me 4. very pleased with their service ! highly recommend!

Rated 1.0 This place is awful!!! They are all Puerto Ricans that sell cars that are recalled. They do not speak English and when I bought my car not only 2 weeks later the water pump went had to spend money on cabs almost lost my job and still they have not fixed it. I wouldn't give this any stars disgusted!

Rated 3.0 Sonias on Grafton street is the worst place to get your car serviced. They cater to the SPANISH PEOPLE and treat white people like Dirt. They have no clue how to fix vehicles. Nobody speaks English so you have no way to communicate. I would strongly suggest you think twice before buying or having your car fixed there. I'll never ever do business with them again. When I was there numerous people were waiting hours for repairs that should only take a short time. This place should be investigated by the better business bureau.

Rated 1.0 Do not come here, just don't. They will sell you a car if you're not there fast enough they will sell it again. People like Carlos, Valinetine make me sick. They'd lie to their own mothers. I wasn't even given anything for all my troubles had to get rides from friends. I nerely lost my job waiting for my car. If I hated someone I would send them here!
