About STM Contracting

Sam Matulevich, founder of STM Contracting, home improvement has always been a passion. Although in his birth country of Belarus he graduated with a university degree in linguistics, and today is fluent in several languages, Sam eventually came to realize that helping people beautify their homes was his passion, and the path he was truly meant to follow. After arriving in the US, he spent the next several years working for a number of large home improvement companies, building on his knowledge of every facet of the home improvement business, including time-honored building and construction techniques and best customer-service practices. After striking out on his own as a sole proprietor 17 years ago, he went on to establish STM Contracting LLC in 2007, specializing in exterior home improvements and remodeling, and also building garages and other additions as well as performing bathroom, kitchen and basement remodels.
