Rated 5.0 I am extremely happy with my experience with Dr. Hemrajani, El mara , and Fatemah. I am 24 years old and was in search of a dentist. I had not gone to a dentist since I was 18/19, since he was a children's dentist, I needed to find an adult dentist now. I searched yelp and other review sources and picked out Dr. Hemrajani based on the reviews I read here , which is why I needed to share my experience as well. I was very nervous going in, I knew I had old fillings that needed to be replaced because the cavity was growing around it. Dr. was so patient with me and understanding of my low pain tolerance. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Rated 5.0 Dr. Hemrajani and staff are very professional and courteous. I found them during a dental emergency, I had broken a tooth. They made time to see me immediately. I have since had multiple procedures done there. I would highly recommend them.

Rated 5.0 Guys, I'll start off by admitting that I was one of those people who had terrible dental hygiene habits. At the time I came into Dr.Hemrajani's office, I hadn't seen a dentist for three years. Three whole years! I'm surprised I don't have wooden teeth! I had visited her office because of some tooth pain that I was experiencing. Dr.Hemrajani and her staff were quick, expedient, and compassionate. It turns out that all I needed to feel better that day was a dental cleaning and some fillings a week later. I'm absolutely certain that Dr.Hemrajani must've known that my dental hygiene was far less than optimal. She was not critical of me; in fact, she was very warm and encouraging. Since then, I've gotten braces through her. On the day that they were put on, Dr.Hemrajani and her staff came into work on their day off just to be sure that I would be the only patient that day. When one of my wires came loose and Dr.Hemrajani was out of town, Marah the dental hygienist, offered to come in on the weekend to help me put it back in place. Fatemeh, the receptionist, helped find me a guide for do's and don'ts for braces along with a guide for safe Thanksgiving foods for my braces. Dr.Hemrajani's office is what I would describe as the mom and pop shop of dental offices. The level of care and attention I receive here makes me feel that I'm not just a customer; I am a friend. I'm happy to finally have a healthy relationship with my dentist.

Rated 5.0 I had a wisdom tooth emergency and found out this place was open on Saturdays- the staff and Dentists were so nice to quickly find me the correct referral and steps to fix my issue! Officially going to make this place my primary place for dental needs.

Rated 5.0 I switched to Sugar Creek Smile Dentistry after several costly experiences with these dental chains/groups that overcharge and have no customer service. My first experience was them getting me in quickly to fix a broken tooth. At that point, I switched my entire family to have Dr. Hemrajani as our dentist. She is also the key to me stopping a lifelong habit of biting my nails. She (Dr. Hemrajani) does most of the work herself, so you have plenty of time to talk to her. And most importantly, she listens to you. She also has a good sense of humor, too. Fatemah, the office manager, is always pleasant, responsive, and has a good sense of humor, too. Then, there is Mayra, the hygienist. She is the comedienne of the office while cleaning your teeth and taking x-rays. It is a fun visit for me. Rated 5.0 I've been going to Dr. Hemrajani for a year now, and I just can't speak highly enough about her and her staff, Fatemah and El Mara (please forgive me if I misspelled anyone's name, I'm just going by how their names were spelled in one of the photos). First of all, everyone there (doctor included) has ALWAYS been incredibly nice, warm, and friendly. The gentleman who left the negative review must have genuinely needed a deep cleaning because I totally trust Dr. Hemrajani would NEVER tell someone they need something when they don't. I say this based on personal experience. When I first went to this office last year, I used the coupon for an exam, cleaning, and x-rays, and was not charged a penny more than $49. Dr. Hemrajani was so amazing, down-to-earth and friendly from the moment I met her, and she totally could have taken advantage of my own over-concern for a couple of things. For instance, I'm considering getting Clear Correct and also have a chipped tooth, so I asked about getting bonding to correct the chipped tooth now. She could have made more money right now since I'm still on the fence about Clear Correct, but instead she let me know I should wait until after I get braces again since moving my teeth may weaken the bonding. I already loved this whole office since I started going there, but I love them even more since bringing my mother there recently. My mom is older and I'm stepping in more and more to make sure she is well and taken care of. I noticed a black spot on her tooth recently and made an appointment with Dr. Hemrajani. Not only did they treat my mom so incredibly well, but when it turned out she needed a bunch of expensive work done (which didn't surprise either of us since it's been MANY years since she's been to the dentist, and she's always had problematic teeth) Fatemah went ABOVE AND BEYOND to give us the lowest price possible! My mom and I were literally in tears because we were so moved and grateful. Like the reviewer who was upset, my mom also needs a deep cleaning (which we had to schedule for a later date due to the time) and to do two extractions, repair a few things, and get a partial denture. But I absolutely do not feel they were overcharging at all. I say that because I had to get some dental work done a few years ago (before finding Dr. Hemrajani) and had to pay more just for my minor stuff than Dr. Hemrajani is going to charge for my mom's much more extensive work. This office just feels like a family and reminds me of the sort of stuff I've seen in old movies of people caring about one another and figuring out how they could help one another. Dr. Hemrajani and her staff are the most genuine people and I'm so grateful I found them! Thank you for your kindness, staying late to work with us, and giving us the best price possible!
