Rated 5.0 I went to the store a few weeks ago to get some spinach and the person at the checkout stand was very friendly and asked me if I found everything I wanted. There was a brand of biscuit Britannia "Elaichi" that my kids liked that they did not carry. The person at the front desk took down my information and number. Today I get a message saying they are now carrying that product. I was definitely impressed with "going the extra mile"

Rated 5.0 Very friendly Customer Service! Love the fact that they are right in the neighborhood. Excellent Meat Shop. Butcher does a great job. He is very passionate about his job and he cuts Meat like an Artist! Bonus is Biryani Pot is also inside the Grocery. They also have Whatsapp Group which makes it easy to get in touch with them anytime of the day without having to call them.

Rated 5.0 Worst customer service. I entered store at 920 pm to collect 2 grocery items, guy let me in and while collecting items someone turns off the lights since store closes at 930 pm. I went and mentioned this to the crew at Biryani Pot staff, and they advised me to go back and they will turn on the lights. Lights never get turned on, I went back frustrated and was told that they cannot check out two items as they are closed. Dont run a business when you dont have customer service skills, and dont let customers get in at 920, if you are so worried about closing at 930. Management should check staff capabilities.
