They are focused at bringing togetherness and help’s to remove duality in thought and action. The term “Swasth” means a healthy and balanced body in Sanskrit. The word “yoga” is derived from the same Sanskrit roots meaning to join; therefore the experts from Swasth Yoga Classes guarantee their students a sound mind, body and soul.

Her dedication for students, and one on one attention motivates me to go to studio everyday .She also has knowledge of Aryuveda & acupressure. Rated 5.0 Past weekend I happened to attend their workshop on Stress Management for Excessive Tension (SMET). It was an extraordinary experience. The presentation, information, and explanation was given beautifully. The whole SMET cycle kept me relaxed for hours and felt very refreshing! I had to travel back to Dallas on Sunday evening. I am not a fan of driving in the night but had no choice so decided to do SMET before leaving . The result was amazing! I traveled back without feeling sleepy, I was so aware, awake, and felt very refreshing internally. Thank You for conducting such a wonderful workshop...wish many more would take advantage of it:)

Rated 5.0 Most excellent. From my first day, the owner has been extremely warm and inviting into her of yoga. And it is a world of experience. I have learned more about yoga (its beginning, its purpose), proper eating habits, stress reducing hints, cultures - all while getting to know more about my Katy neighbors. The classes are fun but focused. It's an intense hour but totally refreshing. And the extra seminars/classes are amazing. If you attend class at Swasth Yoga Katy you will achieve not only a toned and healthier body, but also a more open and educated outlook.

Attended the "couples yoga session" today and loved that too! The guest speaker (Smitha Mallaiah) made a great presentation and Meena along with Smitha Mallaiah guided us through various poses. We ended the session on a positive note with telling our spouse what we are thankful or grateful for in each other. Thanks Meena!
