Overview: Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction for all customers that enter into the TCBY Store. Serve as the main point of contact for all customers/needs and then pursuing the issue to a resolution. Must have a pleasant attitude and excellent demeanor. Must have flexibility in his/her schedule. Skills/Qualifications: The position demands good physical and mental health. Must have a positive attitude that enjoys being around people. Must have a calm and cool demeanor and work well under pressure. Must be able to multi-task and follow instructions well. Must be English speaking and literate. Also, must show a positive drivers’ license and social security card. Duties (Include but not limited to): • Responds quickly to requests from customers, supervisor or owner in a timely, friendly and efficient manner • Possesses knowledge of property management system, maintain and control the machine and topping bar and possesses knowledge of frozen yogurt flavors, machine, and specials. • Maintain public and private area of the store neat and organized. In a single day, you will interact with clients & customers in a positive, upbeat manner, process. • Provides honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit. Demonstrates professionalism and a high level of service so that customers leave the store with a positive image of our client and the products which they manufacture. • Work as a Team Player to provide the best customer service! Consistently seeks new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer. • Log/maintain security of equipment, keys lost and found items, and supplies issued daily • Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress • Follows and enforces company policies and procedure • Follow the Shift Checklist for every shift.
