They took at look at my computer, I took it home, they called me when parts were in, and 24 hours later . . . I was back in business. Rated 5.0 The folks at the Laptop Specialist store in Schertz TX are absolutely phenomenal. I had 4 computers serviced by these professional, and have been very satisfied with the results each time. Each service specialist offered understandable advice on courses of action available to meet my computing need, before they proceed with the task. I later received a call letting me know if the COA I choose was achievable after they ran the diagnostic, and what the cost is to do so. The next call was my computers were ready for pickup. If that wasn't enough, one of these superstars stayed 15 minutes after store closing, just so I could pick up my last two computers being serviced after finally making it through San Antonio's evening rush hour traffic. Yes, I'm very pleased to give my business folks who knows what it means to give excellent customer service.
