She went far above and beyond her responsibilities, assisting not only my mother, who was traveling alone, but also directly communicating with us — her children — to help us navigate a very challenging situation. She successfully helped us secure an alternative itinerary, booking a new flight from New Delhi to San Francisco and then to New Orleans, all without any additional cost. The situation was complicated further by the fact that my mother did not have a working mobile network at the New Delhi Airport, making communication extremely difficult. Ms. Kim showed exceptional empathy and resourcefulness by ensuring clear communication, instructing my mother to connect to airport Wi-Fi, and guiding her step-by-step through the entire process. Because of Ms. Kim’s tireless efforts, what could have been a highly stressful and overwhelming situation was transformed into a smooth, pleasant, and reassuring travel experience. Her level of dedication, professionalism, and care was truly remarkable — far beyond what words can adequately express. I am deeply thankful to Ms. Kim and would highly recommend her without reservation for any future endeavors or professional references. If it were possible, I would wish to have her as a personal assistant every day! I would like to sincerely thank the Travelopod support team, especially Kane and Melvin, for their exceptional customer service. My original itinerary from Hyderabad to Charlotte via Mumbai and London was disrupted when British Airways cancelled the flight. The alternative itinerary offered by the airline involved extremely long layovers—around 15 hours in Mumbai and 16 hours in London—which would have made the journey very difficult and exhausting for my wife. I contacted Travelopod, and Kane and Melvin immediately took ownership of the situation. They proactively coordinated with British Airways, explored multiple routing options, and ultimately secured a much better itinerary via Abu Dhabi on Etihad Airways. They patiently explained every step of the process, handled the rebooking professionally, and ensured that all arrangements were completed smoothly. Ben and Annie went both above and beyond in helping me with changes to my international airlines reservations. Though you could use sites to book tickets, these are some things where Travelopod really excels in taking care of those post reservation management which may be time consuming and error prone.

Sahil Goyal enabled me to book a difficult itenary of multi-city college tours with ease, confidence and savings. I am so grateful to Travelopod and recommend them as they are the best and trustworthy travel agency for booking airline tickets. In May we booked ticket of our family member who was a solo minor traveller and faced boarding problems. He had non refundable ticket. Sunmar, Kane, Watson, Debbie Dexter, Ned, Emma Rose and Tenzin from Travelopod helped us with refund from the airlines and rebooked ticket with different airlines after doing thorough research and additionally paid for second baggage check- in as a courtesy due to the stress and inconvienence caused. They also helped us with continous phone support until the passenger board the plane for thiree to four days and until the minor reached the destination. Because of huge support from Travelopod, the minor made it on time to attend the occassion for which he was travelling.

Travelopod is Amazing !! Updates ... A special shout out to Damon for suggesting me to postpone 2 tickets, which were actually gonna be a No-Show (plan dropped last minute). This helped me reuse that money after almost 6 months (u never know when plan changes). A special shout out to Kim for helping me solve the seat selection mess, you rock. David Miller, Damon Watson, Kane, Stella, Kim ... these are the representatives who have assisted me so far and they all are superb. Clear, concise communication, deep knowledge of Air travel and VISa restrictions, patience in seat selection, etc. A special shout-out to Damon who helped me get a voucher for an unused non cancellable ticket (which otherwise wud have gone waste). First, they know all the cheap options (which are not possible for us in to find using Goggle flights or other search engines). They also have special offers available. Then, they give you a date/time changeable ticket at the cost of basic fare ticket (airlines still do not allow change, travelopod is providing that extra facility for same cost). This reason is alone enough for the peace of mind that comes knowing you can always change the itinerary. They also have detailed knowledge of VISA restrictions of different airlines and airports and they know it by experience, not just airline FAQs. Further, this Info is updated almost daily, since they have their own customers traveling on these routes, so its up to date. Finally, they are super patient on call and help you with all other small, big things, like baggage allowance, free seat selection, etc. David Miller helped me with my Initial bookings and he was amazing. Stella Brown helped me with Seat Selection and wheelchair assistance selection for my parents and she was awesome as well. Keep Rocking guys.

I always prefer to book my flights through Travelopod, there are many reasons for this but i will mention the top 3 reasons: 1. Agrim treats the customer like a family member and goes out of the way to help and privide best service. 2. Recently i was traveling with American Airlines and because the flight got delayed and i miss the connecting flight to Delhi. Melvin & Agrim tried all the possible options and spend hours calling Amrican Airlines to find an alternate route. 3.
