Tula, a Sanskrit word meaning balance, is at the heart of everything we do. At Tula Yoga, our mission is to provide a welcoming space where you can find balance, recharge, and reconnect—no matter how busy life gets. We embrace students of all ages, shapes, backgrounds, and abilities, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels at home. Our goal is to offer an exceptional experience in a warm, uplifting atmosphere that fosters growth and community. Founded by Jennifer Cavalieri & Jen Guarino, Tula Yoga provides a diverse range of yoga, wellness, and fitness classes designed to help you deepen your connection to your body, mind, and soul.
