I applied for a auto loan at the 620 & 183 branch. Ryan was awesome, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. There were some glitches with experian but UFC handled it very professional. Also Jay was very polite and handled the contract in a timely manner. The interest rate we received is awesome , better then what I had expected. My wife and I have been UFC members for 5 years. We will always bank with UFC. What I enjoy the most is the great customer service and smiles.
