Rated 5.0 Refrigerator wasn't cooling and Bobby had a service repairman at my house in an hour or so. I then had to decide on replacing the compressor on an old unit or buying a new one. Bobby was honest and walked me through the pros and cons. I decided to stay with the old unit due to the small area in the kitchen. Again, a repairman showed up within hours and my refrigerator was up and running the same day. Servicemen were very professional. Highly recommend this company!
