By accommodating all levels and offering many different class and teaching styles, our studio is designed to be a place of growth, reflection, and rejuvenation. By offering a wide variety and the largest number of yoga classes per week in the Valley, as well as workshops, Yoga Teacher Training, seminars, and events on yoga and holistic health- our goal is to provide a variety of paths for people to achieve optimal health, happiness & personal fulfillment.
