Rated 5.0 I've used Visa Express twice in the past year for personal travel, and several times for my staff at work for the last five years. I just got my Chinese visa this week. I normally submit visa applications myself, except in cases where I live far from the consulates and cannot submit the app in person as required. I used Visa Express for my tourist visas for Russia and China. I had to read Visa Express's instructions carefully and do everything their site states. For example, some of the items on the Chinese visa application didn't apply to me, but VE's site said to not leave any line blank and put "N/A" on those lines. So far, I've been lucky with them and receive my visas without a problem and within the time frame for which I paid.
