Rated 5.0 Steve Klemaier successfully negotiated a good mortgage rate and package with Ethos Lending. It was his first time using them . It was also our first time and I would not recommend Ethos from a good customer service perspective. They were difficult for Steve to work with and consequently difficult for us as well. Steve, however was very patient and worked through the whole difficult process. Even though Ethos Lending was not very broker or customer friendly, the ending result was good. They sold our mortgage to Stearns before we even made the first payment.
