Rated 1.0 Definitely would not recommend Well Groomed to anyone. Customer service is horrible. Their body language just makes you not want to deal with them. Their dates are off and even tough everything is "customized" to you they still try to manipulate you to what they think is easier. For the amount of money I paid it definitely did not get the quality or service. Guys it's much cheaper to fly to India and do your shopping. This place is a total rip off and they just say what you want to hear to gain your money. Heck she would not even let me use her phone charger but when it came to pay and I had to transfer funds she was quick to let me use it. They never reached out to me or kept me in the loops it was always "almost ready to ship."

Rated 5.0 Being in the Bay Area, our shopping options are quite limited when it comes to Indian Bridal wear. Typical options are either to go to Surrey, B.C., Artesia, California, or the motherland India - until I saw that WellGroomed was opening in Fremont. I've followed WellGroomed for some time now and love the customization aspect to their work. I went to this store, not knowing what to expect and met Sarah, who runs the store, and her assistant Raman. From the get-go, Sarah has been responsive, answers all of my questions and provides me with suggestions. Settling on your wedding outfits are a HUGE deal in my opinion, and to work with professional Indian vendors is such a huge deal. What I truly appreciated about working with WellGroomed and Sarah that I felt was a huge differentiator from other Indian tailors or shops that do custom work, is that she listened to every detail and took notice of everything I stated, and then we would discuss the process, the material, embroidery, fit, etc. instead of the usual response of "Yes, we can do that" without truly understanding what I was looking for from some other vendors. I'm hoping my outfits turn out as I want once I receive them, but so far customer service-wise I am pleased! I would highly recommend coming in and checking out their boutique which has many different options for various events.

Rated 5.0 I got the opportunity to collaborate with Wellgroomed for a recent photoshoot! I've always been a huge fan and a follower on Ig for years. Here is a quick breakdown. Outfits: 5 stars! You definitely will get what you paid for. The quality is unbeatable. Even if you are purchasing a readymade outfit, it's in great quality. Not to forget they even CUSTOMIZE! Service: 5 stars! I got to talk to Kulpreet over the phone and met Sarah at the store. Such loving and helpful girls. They definitely make your Wellgroomed experience amazing. Location: 5 stars! Often times Indian stores are in crowded places. What I love is this location is right off the freeway and there's plenty of parking! Added bonus: you can make a one on one appointment so your attention is not divided :)

Rated 5.0 I had no time to go to India, and found WG through Instagram. I did some research and booked a consultation with Sarah. Sarah and Dave really brought the visions that I had for my ceremony and reception outfits to life! Sarah was so helpful throughout the entire process. I had told her that I was concerned that my outfits would not arrive on time, so she made sure that the design process went smoothly. Once my outfits arrived, I had minor alterations that needed to be done; WG took care of those alterations and had everything ready for me well before my wedding! My outfits were not traditional, and WG did a fantastic job! After the wedding, I've had multiple people ask me about my outfits and where I got them from! Sarah and Dave really pay attention to detail, keep their client's concerns in mind, and offer helpful feedback to satisfy their customers. Every time I went in, Sarah was always welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend WG to all brides who are looking for quality clothing and excellent customer service.
