Welcome to the delicious world of Indian food!! This exotic, home cooked meal with its rich flavors and aromas will always lead you wanting for more. Once you have got the basics sorted, you can confidently build on them. Now that the weather is getting warmer it is a great time to cook lots of lovely food. I am going to be holding Indian cooking classes from March. If you love Indian cuisine from the restaurants, learning to cook that same kind of food at home is easy. I will introduce the home cooked meals with a blend of spices that is good for health. Demonstration course consist of 3 to 4 dishes , that is a main dish, side dish and a salad/drink. After the meal, we can enjoy tea time with a cup of delicious Indian milk tea “CHAI” Indian cooking is easy once you master the basics and understanding of the spices.
