About Yoga Ah Studio

Yoga ah offers Vinyasa Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga classes 7 days per week. We are a well-established yoga studio both locally and nationally, and are a part of an international network of schools that feature the Rocket System of Yoga as taught by Larry Schultz. Yoga ah offers Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training to all levels of practitioners. Basic 200-hour teacher training is for those who want to deepen their practice and begin their journey of learning the art of instructing. Advanced Rocket Training is also offered for those who have been instructing for a while and want to refine and expand into more advanced training methods. The methods in these trainings will allow you to teach a wide range of students and classes. Some of our graduates go on to teach hatha, hot, vinyasa and even meditation classes.
