Yoga Shakti is the premier yoga studio for authentic yoga classes and Teacher Training in Orange County, with locations in IRVINE and HUNTINGTON BEACH. We preserve the classical, authentic experience of yoga classes ranging in physical intensity from gentle to advanced; each and every class fosters a connection to the breath, body and spirit.Following the traditional principle of building heat from the inside out, our classes systematically create internal heat and use harmonious sequencing to cultivate strength, flexibility, stamina balanced with relaxation and meditation. This allows for a much deeper experience of the poses in a way that is balanced, sustainable and supportive to the body.
