Rated 5.0 Staying Fit is extremely necessary in todays fast paced life. That is where YogaFit comes in. One gets to have an excellent workout combining with the benefits of Yoga. One gets personalized attention from the instructor along with the motivation inherent in a group setting to push harder and strive for constant improvement. I am looking forward to improving my health and mind with the excellent workouts at YogaFit. The pricing is extremely reasonable even if one is able to attend just 2 times a week -- but when combined with the fact that you have access to the facility 24/7 it becomes a nobrainer. The fact that one can choose from a variety of yoga videos to guide you along at 5:30am in the morning is simply brilliant -- giving you absolutely no excuse to not workout.

Rated 5.0 What a great experience to be part of Global Youth Leadership program. Yesterday's session was about stress management. YogaFit Studio received us and brought us through an unforgettable experience on how to manage our stress. The instructors were great at explaining the 7 chakra in our energy body, giving history behind yoga, teaching high school students techniques and tips, hands on how to coop with stress. Highly recommended to individuals wanting to learn and practice yoga for healthy living benefits.

Rated 5.0 So far so good. Just two classes in so far but the classes and instructors are really good. Looking forward to going back to class tomorrow to continue my journey to bring more balance in my life and improve my health.
