About You Do Yoga

You Do Yoga is an eclectic family of Yogis of all shapes, sizes, and ages. We offer yoga, premier teacher training, slackline, & acro yoga near you. We offer yoga, advanced teacher training, slackline, and acro yoga at our Cincinnati Studio and beyond. Classes are casual and interactive, trainings and workshops are the highest caliber and unlike anything else around. We also love to travel and teach a Taoist approach to yoga. We began our grassroots studio with $100 and a big dream, in a little space in OTR before OTR was cool. Our founder, Matt Eshleman, found in yoga more potential for healing and helping than his almost-PhD. in neuropsychology, and chose to spend his time sharing the practice of yoga. Matt describes yoga as the ideal system for transformation, whether physical, emotional, or mental; to create the reality and experience that you desire.

  We offer Taoist Yoga Teacher Training in Cincinnati. Our 200-Hour program is your first step towards becoming a certified yoga teacher. Our program is approved by the Yoga Alliance and qualifies you

Rated 5.0 The yin class was one of the best experiences of my life. Truly wonderful! Thanks to Erin, a wonderful guide, and Susan a wonderful masseuse! I cannot recommend this studio enough!!!

Rated 5.0 I LOVE Matt and Erin and the wealth of knowledge I am getting from YDY. It is an amazing experience and the information will help me personally and as a future instructor of Yin Yoga.
