We have consistently and constantly had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience with A1 Passport & Visa Services and *especially* Dana, for whom we cannot say enough great things as the only word to describe her is FANTASTIC! Needless to say, we cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first email, Dana and the team were responsive, clear, and incredibly thorough. Over the years, we've relied upon them to help with passport renewals, OCI, and now the incredibly convoluted process implemented by VFS that needlessly complicates a previously simple process now that it's been outsourced to them by the Indian Embassy. The additional (seemingly completely unnecessary) complications added by them to get a Life Certificate for my elderly father made it very stressful given the documentation requirements, medical certifications, notarizations, and VFS coordination... but A1 (and, in particular, Dana) made the entire process feel organized and manageable. Dana patiently answered every question (even very detailed ones), provided clear templates, double-checked documents with VFS before we shipped anything, and proactively caught requirements we might have otherwise missed, saving us time, money, and immense anxiety. We especially appreciated being told not to FedEx documents until everything was confirmed; that level of care and attention really sets her and A1 apart from the multitude of attorneys and services we've used to handle all our interactions with India and Indian Banking and Administrative systems over the years. Anyone that deals with the Indian government knows how convoluted and complex they make the process and, with Dana and the team at A1, all of that complexity melts away! In addition, they have always been very flexible, transparent about fees, clear on timelines, and extremely professional throughout. Communication is ALWAYS prompt, friendly, and reassuring at every step, and it genuinely felt like we had an expert advocate guiding us through the process. Rated 5.0 If you need to get a passport renewal in 24 hours A1 Passport and Visa Services is the place to go. We realized 48 hours before we were scheduled to leave for Ireland that one of the passports was actually expiring that day. It was about 7:30 pm and we frantically started searching online to see if was possible to get this done in one day. It isn’t possible through the government because you need an appointment which is impossible to get. We came across A1 Passport and the website said they could do it. Luckily they were open until 9pm. We called and spoke to Ravi who confirmed that they could get it done and said he would stay late and wait for us. We got there and Ravi was wonderful. He went through the whole process, took the pictures, filled out the application and said it would be submitted the next morning. By 2pm the next day the application was approved and we picked it up the new passport the next afternoon and left that evening on our vacation. If you’re ever in a situation like this I highly recommend them.

Rated 5.0 When we arrived at the airport for our international travel we found out that my daughter’s passport, which expired in 2.5 months expired 2 weeks too early for the country we were traveling to. We searched online for a place to get a same/next day passport and Ravi at A1 Passport got it done! If I could leave him more stars I would - he deserves all the stars. We went in Monday morning and by Tuesday early evening we had the passport! He is open late and and on weekends (we called him on Saturday when our original flight was - the only reason he didn’t do it for us on Saturday is because the Passport office isn’t open on weekends).
