Ali was extremely helpful. I won't say that he made the nightmarish mortgage process pleasant, but I will say that he wandered through the thickest parts of the process on my behalf which greatly eased what I needed to take care of. The process was even more complex than usual as this was a multi-unit property but Ali took care of the extra complexity so that my experience was very positive. Ali knows what is available and matched that to what I was looking for.
