About Araya S Place

Araya’s Place is named after our mother. In her days of being young and adventurous, Araya spent time traveling the world and developing a passion for good food. What she learned from her world wide travels is not only how important the right ingredients and herbs are to food, but how the right company makes good food great. This is a lesson she instilled in her children. In our family, eating is one of the most important activities in life. In this fast paced world, the dinner table is the only time we get to spend together. During our meals, we share the everyday experiences that season our life. We eat, we laugh, we share. Come and enjoy life as our family does, one moment and one meal at a time. We’ve been open since 1987 and are family owned and operated, providing vegetarian food while supporting our local farms.

Rated 5.0 The best 100% vegiterean Thai in Madison Valley . The dishes are fresh with punchy flavors and the chef doesn't rely on grease like many Thai restaurants do. The only minor complaint is their over use of tofu substitutes...they could stick to veggies only and still be satisfying.

Rated 5.0 Best Thai food in all of Seattle!! They are such great people there, they remember your face and are so sweet. The food is absolutely amazin'!! This is our "go to" place when we want to have a special meal, celebrate with others, or just want to take a friend to a great new place!!

Rated 5.0 One of few places where I have a full run of the menu, reasonably priced, and very very good. The staff was super nice, and after eating an extra hot meal the chef even said hi. We will be coming back.

Rated 5.0 I'll give you a couple brief reasons why this place is phenomenal. They were able to win over an Idahoan who had never eaten Thai food before, with an entirely vegan dish (Pineapple Fried Rice). Great place for anyone to try, and very neat atmosphere. Would definitely eat here again. Thanks for the exceptional experience!
