About Ashtanga Yoga Confluence

Ashtanga Yoga tradition in America with senior western students of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The Confluence is open to experienced Ashtanga yoga practitioners as well as yoga students who are new to the Ashtanga practice. We offer a unique opportunity for students of all levels to learn from master teachers of this profound and ancient system. The Ashtanga Yoga Confluence will be held at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa just 15 minutes from the airport on Mission Bay. When you arrive at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa, please stop by the Confluence registration desk in the lobby. Please bring your ID to pick up your badge and event guide, which includes complete schedules and locations. Your badge will be your admission to classes and events. For more details contact us.

Rated 5.0 Sonya and her staff share the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra. Real YOGA here. Asana and pranayama and spiritual work are intertwined for an array of classes ranging from Dharma Gentle to Dharma 3/4 or Advanced.
