I live near Blackhawk and received a flyer about this places grand opening so I went and got the intermediate head care package. I did not know what to expect but wow am I amazed, it feels like I have a new set of hair and the whole experience was very relaxing. They used a machine to analyze my scalp and they used infrared light to show me that all of my hair follicles were clogged, after the service they showed me again and needless to say I feel like a new person. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!

That same day, we worked it out and she told me she'd mail it to my friend's house along with a note that I had written for her. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and sent me a photo via text of her hand-delivering the gift card ALONG WITH FLOWERS SHE GOT because she knew it was my friend's birthday. I didn't ask her to do this, nor did she ask for any extra money. I offered to pay more and she said, No I don't need the money thank you you give me a chance let me make someone happy. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE frequent this business for me - if I'm ever back in the area I would definitely go and spend money there based on this interaction alone. Mini's confidence makes you feel right at home in this house on Bay Street. She runs the entire place herself and is very flexible on same day appointments. I come here for waxes, which are priced under many salons I've visited, and she's incredibly quick. I typically get lower legs, brazillian, and underarms in an hour. She can do that and a full leg in 30 minutes for a lower price. Such honest business practices make me comfortable to come here again.

For the past year since I moved to fremont I have been trying to find someone to thread my eyebrows, but hadn't found anyone I thought did a good job until I came here! I wish I had found her sooner! And her prices are some of the lowest I have seen in the bay as an added bonus. Excellent customer service and excellent job! I'll be coming here from now on!

Mini's confidence makes you feel right at home in this house on Bay Street. She runs the entire place herself and is very flexible on same day appointments. I come here for waxes, which are priced under many salons I've visited, and she's incredibly quick. I typically get lower legs, brazillian, and underarms in an hour. She can do that and a full leg in 30 minutes for a lower price. Such honest business practices make me comfortable to come here again.
