It’s a busy place , so if u want to get some service , would be good to make appointment. Overall experience was good . Yasmin did my hair cut , she was polite and professional. Would recommend this place .

Few weeks ago I went in wax and eyebrow service and it was a very pleasant experience. Yasmeen is really good at waxing would hight recommend her. She was really quick so less painful.

Chetna Aunty did a wonderful job with my diamond facial! She was really sweet and I felt thoroughly relaxed throughout. My skin was glowing afterwards! I’ll definitely be back. The only reason I gave one less star is because when I got there I told her my boyfriend and I wanted the $25 facial and at the end she charged us both for the $45 one. The whole experience was worth it so I didn’t mind spending extra but I did feel a little blindsided.

We did the Thermo Facial 3 times with Chetna Patel and she did wonderful job. I would go with her aging and aging. The way she does the massage is wonderful.

I got my facial done with Yasmin..she is really good and knowledgeable about skin types. Takes her time and gives really good recommendations. Will definitely go back

My go to salon closed recently, so decided to give this place a try after hearing so many good reviews specially about Chetna. And i must say, i wasnt disappointed. Chetna took really good care of my facial. I believe a good facial does not need to be expensive, it needs things done right and that is what she does. She has a wide range of facials, but she insisted that she will look into my skin and then decide. I gave her a number$, and she worked with me on that, and i was happy both the times. I generally update my reviews, if anything changes in the service etc. So if you dont see any updates, it means i am still going to her and love it!

A family-owned, and very well kept place! I honestly have only gone to get my eyebrows done, but like all of my friends who do, the cheap price (even when you include tip) is so worth the sweet staff who ask how you're doing, are sure that you're comfortable, and that you like the end result before you leave. They accept walk-in's for eyebrow threading, but I am not sure about more time-consuming services. I'm sure they'd accommodate you.

Highly recommend Chetna! I’ve been going to this salon for a very long time. I have tried a lot of different types of salons (high end, membership, etc) in different states, but no one has paid special attention to my skin like Chetna does. She spends a lot of time massaging my face, which I love...so relaxing! I always get the Thermal Facial. She is very meticulous, experienced and amazing at facials and eyebrow threading!

Really enjoyed my experience! Service was great, very kind people who take care of you well. I got an organic facial, which comes with pressure point massages, and it felt really good to get cleaned up and be fresh and relaxed, even as a guy. Absolutely worth it.

Ms. Jyoti is very nice person, an expert for Indian bridal dress up, Mehendi and hair styles. She has always dressed me up for various functions I attend in Houston. When I go out of town for weddings, she pins up my sarees such that I can wear them in 5 minutes like a skirt!! She also does house visits for these services. Came for a facial and eyebrows and a back facial. Chetna did a great job and my face looks beyond clear, the face massage she gave me was amazing! Only thing I would say is make sure you agree on the price ahead of time. When I called I was told one price and when I checked out I was charged double. Which is fine if I just new ahead of time. Besides that I 100% suggest this place for a facial. It’s a 5 star because of that!!

Chetna does a really good job of making one feel relaxed and massages the face to help with drainage well. They have various types of facials at various prices...starting from about $25 to about $60/$70. I highly recommend.

I’ve been frequenting this wonderful salon and spa for over 4 yrs. The services I utilize are every 2 weeks my eyebrows stringed and they always come out perfect. A Brazilian wax every 4 weeks facial once a month and hair colored washed and conditioned every 3-3.5 weeks. Everyone there is extremely personable and friend. I tend to enjoy just being able to spend time there relaxing and having good conversations with everyone. I always look forward to that next visit. My wonderful stylist and Anesthetician in one that provides all my services whom I love her to death and wouldn’t replace her is MODI she always takes good care of me. Everyone there is wonderful also she’s just my personal #1. The prices are impeccable and unbeatable well worth the money.

I have tried all other salons for my eyebrow shaping but none can set them like Yasmin( been going only to her from past few years) if you make an appointment with Yasmin you will be in and out of the salon in 40mins max for full body waxing and eyebrow threading. She is super fast and amazing.

I got facial eyebrows and oil massage ( it was haven) her hands are just amazing and I am impressed with the service I received from Chitra .i have tried so many solutions in Houston but I believe Chitra is the best in the city . We chatted from start to finish, she asked for my preferences & made recommendations based on my needs. She also offered a deep protein conditioning treatment , which should last for 6 weeks. Excellent salon and staff, 100% recommend! I have come here for threading, hair shampoo/trim/styling, and also for removing tangles in my hair. I had lots of tangles in my thick hair, and the staff members Jyoti, Kanchan, and Minaz graciously spent the time and effort to successfully remove the tangles. They have such a good attitude and made sure to cause minimal discomfort to me. They also did an excellent job in all of these services- they are great at what they do. I am not local, however I visited Monalisha Salon and Spa, and am glad that I did! Anytime I am in the area, I make sure that I get all of my services done here! I have had such an excellent experience with all the services I have had done here. The staff is friendly and professional. The makeup and hairstyle I have had done were wonderful, it looked beautiful and also had held up very nicely. They were able to get me the look that I had wanted. They had also taken many precautions for COVID-19, everything was kept very neat and clean which made me feel safe. Overall would highly recommend!

Someone looking at my review might ask themselves why an African American woman is going to an Indian specialty salon. The answer is simple, I went in because my Black, White, Scottish, Mongolian, Hungarian, Irish, Bohemian daughter had very thick curly hair and I use under the impression that her hair texture might be pretty close to what the styles at this salon have experience working with. Well guess what, I was half right. Thought the styles were at first a bit apprehensive about tackling the thick tangled jungle that is my angles crown they were all extremely respectful and caring. I brought my daughter in for a haircut for her 6th birthday and she got treated like a Princess! We will definitely be clients here for a long time.

I did an organic facial with Chetna. She was so kind and informative as it was my first facial. I was surprised on how smooth my skin came out to be. A few marks on my skin has even faded away. I usually come for my eyebrows here which everyone does an amazing job. However, now I have to add a facial for sure when stopping by again. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Truly one of the best services I’ve gotten.

I went in today for the Gold Facial with Chetna Jee after reading raving reviews about her. I have to say, she lived up to them. The massage that she does is unlike any other. I have had facials done from many places in States and abroad, but nobody comes close to the massages she does. Also, when she cleans whiteheads / blackheads it's painless and I mean literally. I had booked Monalisha Salon & Spa for my brother's wedding for a few of us. Jyoti and her daughter came to our hotel, prepared with everything we needed for hair, makeup, and sari wearing services. They were very affordable, incredibly professional and super talented. We did not feel rushed and at the same time were out the door and on time as we scheduled our services to be. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the Houston area for wedding services. I live in the east coast and am not familiar with the Houston area at all. I was nervous about who to book and how it would all turn out -- but it was perfect and Jyoti was very prompt in communicating to ensure I felt at ease. We never had services for little girls (hair) which were added on at the last minute and they were happy to oblige and be flexible. Thank you so much for making the special day turn out perfectly!

My mom and I go to this salon. The owner is very sweet. Yasmeen cleans my eyebrows and they look amazing every time ?? she’s also great at waxing, cutting and blow drying hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been here about 4 times now. They customer service is wonderful! I highly recommend this place for men's eyebrows. The staff members are very friendly and professional. They are also taking good COVID-19 precautions, so you will definitely feel safe. This place is a little out of the way for me compared to the previous salon I would go to, but the pricing and great service make it worth the drive! I am definitely going to be a regular customer now.

Amazing salon hands down! I just got my eyebrows done for the first time and they didn't even hurt! And was only $5! I am so glad with the results and will definitely be coming back! I took some before and after pictures to show how amazing my eyebrows look. Update: I came back here to get my eyebrows done my Mrs. Jyoti and they look so good! I don’t think anyone else can make my brows look as good as she does! She’s so sweet and is very light handed to it doesn’t even hurt when she threads my brows! Parking was easy since it is part of a shopping center. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly staff. If you are lucky you will meet Jyoti the owner. She is an absolute sweetheart. I got a facial, threading & hair cut and style by Minaz. All I can say is she has magical hands!!! This mama walked in feeling and looking completely exhausted. I left feeling like a million bucks. I feel like Minaz took years off my face! You should go & try it out for yourself, you have nothing to loose and EVERYTHING to gain!!!!!!!

This is my first time here, I recently moved to Texas and searching for a salon. One of my friend suggested this place and it has many good reviews so wanted to give a try. I made an appointment and had a very good experience. Yasmeen was the one who did my waxing and threading. She is a super woman and amazing lady. She is super fast and neat. I am totally satisfied. This is going to be my regular place. Owner was also super cool. And of course their prices are pretty cheap and reasonable.

I like the way they do work on your hair face and body. I recently got Brizilian Blow Out done with jyoti Mona and Nisha. My hair looks so good. Then my daughter got it done week later she really like the way they did. I like all the staff there they are very friendly and take time to take care of you. Nice and clean place. Sanitized chair and area after every customer use. I liked @Yasmine's service. She cut my hair so beautifully. My skin is very sensitive and combination. She eye browed, and waxed my face so smoothly that I didn't feel any pain or red spots. I appreciate her service.
