Rated 1.0 Do not use this facility for a rehab. Nursing home mentality only. My mom got an hour of therapy a day and nothing on the weekend. Staff was cold. She was kicked out after a month and was no way ready to come home. Also she told them she was having trouble breathing and they diagnosed her with panic attacks - gave her Xanax. At home after a week, she Ended up falling on her face and going back to the hospital. We found out she also has emphysema and had a pulmonary embolism - NOT A DAMN PANIC ATTACK! We put her in Lynbrook Restorative and she had 3 hours of therapy EVERY DAY and stayed for 3 months! She came home walking without a walker.
