With five years of experience as a certified yoga teacher, I specialize in leading and instructing yoga classes for individuals and groups, tailoring practices to meet varying skill levels and unique needs. My yoga journey began with a comprehensive certification from Rishikesh, India—widely regarded as the birthplace of yoga—where I immersed myself in the study of traditional techniques, yogic philosophy, and mindfulness practices. Throughout my teaching career, I have guided students of all backgrounds, from beginners seeking flexibility and relaxation to advanced practitioners aiming to deepen their practice. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that encourages growth and self-discovery.
