I love being an orthodontist! It’s amazing how gently moving a person’s teeth into proper position can make a lasting, positive change in the person’s life. Not only do people have improved oral and overall health, but their self-esteem grows, as does their confidence, after they see their new smile emerge. It’s a pleasure to spend my days with people who have chosen to transform their lives. Since I see patients about once a month during treatment, we have time to get to know each other. I’m always excited to hear people’s latest news, celebrate their accomplishments at school or work, and share in their lives. It’s an honor to develop close bonds with my patients and their families: I care about each as a person, and want only the best for them. Obtaining orthodontic treatment creates an exciting time in a person’s life. I love watching how each patient changes, emotionally and physically, and being part of that process. The day we’re finished, and I show my patient the before and after photos, and they see how far they’ve come, is simply the best: They have an incredibly attractive, confident smile and they can’t stop sharing it! I’m very proud of my team and all they bring to Bettagere Orthodontics. Each person is compassionate, accommodating, and experienced. Everyone makes the patient’s comfort a priority and works hard to make sure all our patients feel welcome, informed, and engaged in their treatment.
