Bloomex Flowers Toronto

Rated 1.0 I am not going to repeat all of the other disappointed people, but it was very disappointed about Bloomex disgusting inability to send what was ordered (happened to me twice) , grossly expensive for what you get ( $120.00 and $88.00), and terrible customer service. My only advice is “DON’T PLACE AN ORDER”. I also contacted BBB.

Rated 1.0 I am very upset with the Bloomex experience I have just had, as I received a completely different floral bouquet than the one I ordered and truly dislike and am embarrassed by the bouquet I received (I would have happily returned it to Bloomex within a specific timeframe if it had meant I would receive a refund.) All except for one of the kinds of flowers in the bouquet I received were substitutions and not the kind of flowers in the description for the particular bouquet I had chosen and paid for (making it an entirely different floral arrangement than the one I had ordered.) I was completely unaware at the time I ordered the bouquet that their policy allows for substitutions, and the bouquet I received looks nothing like the one I had ordered (both in appearance and description.) Due to the fact that I received a flower arrangement completely different than what I had orderd and expected, and found Customer Service appalling throughout this experience, (as they ignored all of my numerous communications for several days), only to finally respond stating that the bouquet I received is within their company policy (therefore no refund will be issued) I am extremely disappointed and angered and will no longer be using Bloomex Canada for any of my floral needs!! Unless you don't care at all what kinds of flowers are in your floral arrangement, and what colour(s) they are, I highly recommend going elsewhere!!! Flowers: 0/5 Customer Service: 0/5 Experience: 0

Rated 5.0 The online ordering process was very easy to do. The flowers delivered exceeded, the quality & color from the picture online. The recipient was very happy and the flowers stayed fresh looking out a window and are much appreciated. Excellent service and product!
