We are a philosophy-based school teaching ancient + universal yogic thought through breath, movement + dialogue. BLY was born to preserve traditional Yogic concepts, which are Universal concepts, with emphasis on how you may evolve from as a human being from embodying their teachings. Amazing space, killer (in a nice yoga sort of use of that word) energy! And; Lilly picked out my first yoga mat, coincidently, of all the mats it was the one I was drawn to (she's such a yogi). Awesome job guys. I just know you're going to do great things there. Namaste.
