Body Coach is a non-membership, personal training studio with two locations currently in Lake Mary and Windermere, Florida. We believe that personal training will help you achieve the highest level of physical fitness. When our clients demand greater attention or need a higher level of motivation to achieve their goals, our trainers are ready for the challenge. Our professional training team has decades of experience to offer. Whether it is sports specific, post rehabilitation, strength or balance and stability training, we have the knowledge to develop the right program for you. Body Coach training is designed to provide the best quality workouts at any fitness level. The difference at Body Coach is that we take pride in offering real workouts with proper coaching, which will lead to life changing results. In addition to teaching proper form and technique when performing an exercise, our goal is to establish a close relationship with you to better understand the lifestyle changes needed to improve your health. We understand that each client is different and may require different methods of motivation and training, and will tailor a fitness program that focuses on you! Lee Clise is a Certified Personal Fitness and Yoga Instructor. With her broad range of knowledge of the human body; Lee has experience in teaching a unique form of training which uses yoga, strength training and mobility exercises to help her clients reach their maximum fitness potential. Her passion and care for each individual she works with helps build their belief, which allows them to do things physically and mentally they didn’t think they could do.
