About BeFIT Health Studio

BeFIT Health Studio is a non-membership private training studio. Our philosophy is to use functional integrated training to help improve the quality of our clients’ lives. Our studio is an upscale and friendly environment, where highly skilled certified personal trainers use top of the line functional equipment to focus on their clients’ needs, and where every client’s program is designed specifically to meet his or her fitness goal. Through education and guidance our clients can gradually and safely commit to long-term exercise and healthy living. Through a customized program of consistent exercise and quality nutrition, our certified personal trainers help our clients. Co-Founder of BeFIT Health Studio and father/family man. I believe that individual success is highly correlated with the motivation and support by the people around you. That’s why I enjoy getting the whole family involved with the fitness of my clients. Walks on the beach, bike rides, playing in the pool, and getting involved in outdoor activities are ways I enjoy exercising, and I highly recommend for my clients and their families. Our greatest support and success comes from our loved ones. I feel that Fitness is the foundation to overall Health and Wellness and that getting fit is the first step to a new and healthy lifestyle. My number one goal is to help my clients reach their fitness goals and improve their family’s quality of life.

Rated 5.0 I was so happy to have found BeFit when I did! I was a few months pregnant and wanted to do more than walk, but didn't know what I could safely do to stay in shape. I started training at BeFit with a personal trainer who knew exactly what I could and couldn't do while pregnant. It put my mind at ease knowing that what I was doing to stay active and fit wouldn't harm me or my baby. Not only that, I had a smooth, easy, and healthy pregnancy! Thank you BeFit for all you do!
