Welcome to our pediatric and adolescent care clinic! It is our goal to provide you and your family with the most comprehensive, progressive health care in a warm and nurturing environment. We take the time to talk with parents and caregivers to help you understand your child's needs, and we equip you with the knowledge necessary for promoting a lifetime of optimal health and wellness. Our practice offers a full range of medical services, from birth through young adulthood, with a focus on prevention and wellness education. We are fully computerized level 3 patient centered medical home (PCMH Level 3 certified by NCQA) practice. Our clinic is active participant in NYC's Primary Care Information Project, which seeks to improve population health through health information technology and data exchange.
