Rated 3.0 I have had continuing PC issues and had no true measurable repair result and trying to get someone to respond when one calls or texts is frustrating. unfortunately many times my repair situations are urgent and just being able to get someone on the phone would be a good step forward I know and understand that there are many folks who have important problems with their equipment just a call back would be great! I have used this company for a long time and referred many people to them
Rated 5.0 I know a few things about computers, but when it comes to laptops, I'm completely lost. So when my wife's laptop was acting up, I knew I was going to have to take it somewhere. Though there are several well-rated computer shops in the Columbus area, I settled on BRM, both because of the excellent reviews, and the fact that they specialize in laptops. I was certainly not disappointed. Turns out the motherboard was dying, but they managed to save all the data, and for a price that was very reasonable given the amount of work that needed to be done. All in all, I'm definitely grateful! The only issue I had (which was very minor) was quickly and professionally handled--it's clear that they strive for complete customer satisfaction, and they take it to a level that not only exceeds every other computer repair shop I've been to, but just about any place I've ever done business, PERIOD. I've only been here once, but that's all it took for them to gain another customer for life.
