During this troubled times, it is hard to get a mortgage broker who will work FOR you, making sure not only that you get the best rate but also you do everything correctly, so that finally when your documents go to the underwriter, they are solid and the whole process goes smoothly. Currently lender requirements are so stringent that you need a company as professional as Champions Mortgage to literally hand hold you through the entire process. Joel and his team does just that. It was a great honor to work together with Simran Patel and Joel Mathew from Champions mortgage to secure a low interest refinance rate. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. We HIGHLY recommend them. Once you found them, you did not need to shop the rate in the market again since they will DEFINITELY secure you the lowest rate. Here we’d like to share our experience phase by phase.Phase I:Refinance. After we have agreed with each other and let them help us. They will have a system sent out to you. With your own account signed up, you can submit all the required documents to the system. During this period, if you have any questions regarding the required documents, you can reach Simran through text, email or WhatsApp even after the office hours. This made things much easier, quicker and more flexible. This is our first time to do the refinance and we raised lots of questions. Simran answered all of our questions professionally and patiently. She always put the customer in front of her. She is also thoughtful. When you have any questions or worries, Simran always solved it quickly and she is truly and definitely reliable.Phase II:Closing. When it approached to the closing date, they helped schedule everything with the title company and the reliable lender. All you need to do is just wait and follow their professional guidance to sign the documents.Phase III:After the signature. Simran would let us know what will happen after the signature and she is very thoughtful and take care of the whole thing.
