Rated 5.0 Chad with Charlotte Plumbing just hooked up our new kitchen sink, dishwasher and disposal with all new pipes and he did an excellent job! He was professional, polite and courteous. Was on time and left no mess behind! I would definitely recommend this company!

Rated 5.0 I was very pleased with the speed and the quality of service! I called just before closing, with an urgent but not emergency request. Chad was here at 8:00 the next morning! He quickly confirmed the problem, gave us an estimate of what the repair would cost, got the specialty part he needed, and got it fixed! (My dogs liked him too!)

They answered the phone immediately, showed up quickly (and gave me the 30 minute 'heads up' like they said they would) had reasonable rates, were professional and courteous... Absolutely excellent. They had my root ball clog fixed in about an hour, no problems. You need a plumber? Call these guys.

Rated 5.0 I called Charlotte Plumbing early Friday morning (before 8 am) to schedule service for a water heater issue we were having. To my surprise, the representative that answered the phone was not a receptionist, but a skilled plumbing technician. I described the issue, and he said it could be one of several things, and then he gave me an estimate of what each issue would be to fix. Very impressed, because I had an idea of what I might expect to pay going in. Chad arrived on time, and was professional and courteous, answering all of my questions, no matter how stupid. In the end, the issue was resolved for the price quoted. Now I know nobody like paying for plumbing repairs, I get that. But Charlotte Plumbing and specifically Chad were a pleasure to deal with. I like that the person answering the phone was a knowledgeable plumber, and if their entire staff is like Chad, I will use them again in the future.
