Rated 5.0 The deep culture of this studio leans in to ask the practitioner to be open for more than Warrior Three or Down Dog. Offering insight to tools of the senses including vibration and scent, I experience a joyful return to my mat being reminded of the many disciplines yet one great intention. Walking into the classroom feels inclusive and very comfortable. Thank you to the many hands that make the energy here what it is.

Rated 5.0 One of the most challenging and integrative yoga classes I have ever taken! I did the Yoga Flow on this last Tuesday wee hours of the morning. I travel for work and have tried out several studios in the west Coast, and this class had by far been the best yet! Wish I could bring it back to Kansas City with me! Thank you for a wonderful mind and body experience, I will be back when I visit again!

Rated 5.0 While in Fresno earlier this month I took five classes here. They measured up to the best of what I’ve experienced in Portland, SF & LA. Consistently excellent instructors and a warm environment. Wish I could have taken COIL with me when I skipped town.
